Sachin Hits First Double Ton in ODIs – Salute the Master

I salute the great man Sachin Tendulkar for hitting the first double hundred in ODIs. His blitzkrieg against the Proteas at Captain Roop Singh Stadium in Gwalior was a mind-boggling act of tremendous batsmanship, courage and temperament. He eclipsed the ODI records of Saeed Anwar (194 against India) and Charles Coventry (194* against Bangladesh). Now it can really be said of Sachin Tendulkar that he is inarguably the greatest batsman to have ever played One Day Cricket. I bow to thee, dear great man.
